In 1911, Stanley was now the head of the family and a farmer at the same address. The family had four servants helping at the farm.

Liverpool to Calcutta, India aboard the City of Glasgow, 121304.
The City of Glasgow was sunk by a Uboat on the 1st of September 1918 on a trip from Manchester to Montreal.
Stanley had joined the Indian Army and appeared in the London Gazette on the 11th of August 1916, where he was to be a Second Lieutenant in the Cavalry Branch.
On the 18th of June 1918, Stanley married Mary Milne at Poona, Bombay, India.
Mary Threlkeld died on the 8th of May 1919 at Kaila Khan, Bengal, India.
In 1920, Stanley left India and travelled back to England.
In the 3rd quarter of 1923, Stanley married Charlotte Mary Matheson at Lewes, Sussex.
Charlotte Mary Threlkeld died on the 8th of April 1937 at Newquay, Cornwall.
In the 4th quarter of 1940, Stanley married Christina Winifred Dodd at Brentford, Middlesex.

Teignmouth Sentence on Exeter man
Stanley Norman Jordan, of 23, Red Cow Cottages, St. David's, Exeter, was sentenced to 14 days imprisonment at Teignmouth Magistrates Court on Monday. He pleaded guilty to stealing between October 15th and November 4th a gold watch valued at £15, the property of Stanley Threlkeld,
Inspector D. C. Buckingham said Mr Threlkeld was the proprietor of a Teignmouth Hotel where the defendant was employed. On missing the watch, Mr Threlkeld questioned his staff, but none admitted seeing it, and the matter was reported to the Police.
Apparently, the defendant had taken the watch to Exeter where he had sold it for £4 10s. The watch was recovered and identified.
Three previous convictions were mentioned.
Stanley Threlkeld died on the 23rd of August 1948 aged 65 years.
